Time of past OR future Camino
Camino 2024 unknown starting 4/1 from somewhere.
My plan atm for this years walk is to do Via de Bayona and then travel to Malpica to walk the Camino de Faros.

I am looking for best travel options to get to Malpica from Burgos.

Thanks

Ideal sleeping bag liner whether we want to add a thermal plus to our bag, or if we want to use it alone to sleep in shelters or hostels. Thanks to its mummy shape, it adapts perfectly to our body.

So, where are you starting? Since you have already walked the Vasco Interior, you might want to consider the amazing mountain alternatives from Hernani to Zegama. Those days were hard, but, no asphalt, and some great mountains. But I don’t think you use a GPS, and that might be a deal-breaker, at least for me.

Not sure yet. I am not locked in on this route but I would like to do the section to Burgos. I am still considering finishing the VdlP from Salamanca and then Camino de faso. So many options. We can discuss more on the 21st.

I have been focused on the Camino de Faso. I have been talking to Mark Grubb. I do not like the 1st stage where you have to take a cab back to Malpica. My thought right now is to change the first 3 stages.

Malpica - Barizo - 15 km's, short day but no backtracking.
Barizo - Valares - 29km's, but a lot of up and downs
Valares - laxe - 31 km's, back on stage
