Ideal sleeping bag liner whether we want to add a thermal plus to our bag, or if we want to use it alone to sleep in shelters or hostels. Thanks to its mummy shape, it adapts perfectly to our body.

Journey times, cost and schedules can all be compared via this site which shows a direct train 3 times a day from Fromista to Santander.
I'm doing a similar thing and travelling back from Fromista to Burgos ( in August)- the local bus is cheap and takes about 1hr 30mins. I think there is an ALSA long-distance bus from Burgos to Santander.I live in Madrid and one thing to be aware of is that some local bus services in Spain have different timetables in August (if that's when you're here).
I have no idea where you are from or if you have booked your flights. But if you haven't and are going to the UK may I just inform you of what I will be doing soon. I will only walk to Burgos, get the bus to Bilbao and fly to Manchester
The first edition came out in 2003 and has become the go-to-guide for many pilgrims over the years. It is shipping with a Pilgrim Passport (Credential) from the cathedral in Santiago de Compostela.
