Valenca to Santiago 21st June

My Camino companion and I are arriving in Porto early on Sunday 20th June and intend to start from Valenca the following day. Can we obtain our Credencial from Porto and if so where from? Are we better to head straight out of Porto and stay the first night in or near to Valenca ready to begin early on the Monday? What is the best way of travel from Porto to Valenca (on a Sunday?) and any idea of the cost? Many thanks in anticipation!!

Enter Porto Sao Ben as the departure station. The schedules for dates after mid June is not yet posted but should not change much.

You can get your credential at the Cathedral which is very close to the train station.
