On the train from Madrid to Santiago last week I met a peregrina named Mony who was beginning the Muxía-Fisterre-Santiago route. She is a fascinating young Canadian woman who has a website with her husband that tells of their journey for peace from Rome to Jerusalem. They met on the Camino in 2001 and .... well, it is a fascinating story. Here is their website for those who are interested. She was lovely.

The one from Galicia (the round) and the one from Castilla & Leon. Individually numbered and made by the same people that make the ones you see on your walk.
Mony is also one of the women who walked with Sue Kenny in her DVD video "Las Peregrinas".
