On the Frances from St. Jean Pied de Port to Santiago we never had or needed reservations (2009) but from Le Puy to St. Jean Pied de Port (2011) we needed them all the time. This May (23rd) we will start to walk from Hendaye. Will we need reservations in the albergues? Do they take them? Which ones do, if any? We don't carry a mobil so if we need them, will the people at the albergue help us make them for the next night? Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
