Hello
I will start the El Norte at the end of september, I got a lot of informations in this forum abd I have the Wise P app. and I am wondering if a paper guide is necessary and if yes, would the Wise Pilgrim paper be a good choice.

I do not think you need a paper guide

I used the Wise Pilgrim both paper and digital. It is a great tool.

€2,-/day will present your project to thousands of visitors each day. All interested in the Camino de Santiago.
We used the Camino Places app. A great gps app.

I would carry both app and paper. Devices can and will fail. One trip, my phone was dead for three days. When the battery was finally down to zero, then a recharge brought it back to life. Another trip I was using the Whitson Northern Caminos guidebook, and lost the book. Luckily, had the Kindle version on my phone.

Thanks I will order the paper guide today, it will also be part of the pleasure of the preparation.

I used Dave Whitsen's book along with wise pilgrim, and other digital sources but found the website gronze.com to be my go to.

Ideal sleeping bag liner whether we want to add a thermal plus to our bag, or if we want to use it alone to sleep in shelters or hostels. Thanks to its mummy shape, it adapts perfectly to our body.

€46,-
thanks I am for sure really interested in the coastal alternatives and my paper copy of the W Pilgrim is on it‘s way now, just hoping that the sky will be fairly clear of the 19.
