Camino Portugues (2023)
I am having trouble with the Wise Pilgrim Camino Portugues app. after downloading the map, the screen show that it has been downloaded. No map appears and if I swipe back to the menu, under mapping there is an option to download the map again. I can't figure out how to view the map. What am I doing wrong? Thank you

...and ship it to Santiago for storage. You pick it up once in Santiago. Service offered by Casa Ivar (we use DHL for transportation).
On the Frances download, I tap the Circle with a compass arrow in the middle and the map opens. This symbol is on the top right of the page (on the Frances version it is to the right of the title.) I hope you get what I mean and that this works for you! I too couldn't work it out at first.

Once you have downloaded the map, the option to view them (the offline map) appears on the bottom of the map page, where you should see three options: Offline, Standard, and Satellite.

Edited to add that to get to the map page, tap the map or compass icon in the upper right. The former will open to the location of the place you are viewing (a city or an accommodation), the latter opens to your physical location. In either case, once you are on the map page you can zoom to your location (again with the compass icon) or change the map types.

Edited again to add that the offline maps only cover the area immediately surrounding the camino, so if you are in Wisconsin and switch to offline maps, you won't be very impressed.

€2,-/day will present your project to thousands of visitors each day. All interested in the Camino de Santiago.
I was expecting offline maps to show me the camino as it does if I open the Portugal map in Maps.me or Organic maps, not the street I live on in Wisconsin. I did pick a location, in this case Parque Das Nacoes, and tap on the icon that looks like a folded piece of paper and it did open up to that location on the Camino. I guess the issue was my misunderstanding of how to use the different types of maps.
Thank you both your responses.
