If you want a treat, you might consider Casa Do Rego, which is about a km or so out of Ferrerios (between Sarria and Portomarin). It's a small operation, with only 3 bunk beds (6 people). It's squeaky clean, too! The bar and restaurant are also worth mention. The wines were very tasty. Anyway, we arrived, registered, cleaned up, and the hostess' husband made a "from scratch" roasted chicken dinner, complete with a savory vegetable side and potatoes (NOT French fries, thankfully). Our aforementioned hostess was Carol. She was so gracious, which should be no surprise considering she has a degree in hotel management or something of that sort. What a lovely night...

Ideal sleeping bag liner whether we want to add a thermal plus to our bag, or if we want to use it alone to sleep in shelters or hostels. Thanks to its mummy shape, it adapts perfectly to our body.

€46,-
The first edition came out in 2003 and has become the go-to-guide for many pilgrims over the years. It is shipping with a Pilgrim Passport (Credential) from the cathedral in Santiago de Compostela.
