Yes, it's a bit tough on the knees but the trekking poles are worth their weight in gold on the downhill.

Beautiful picture! I don't remember what this downhill did to my knees, but I agree with gidlivet, I'd go back there in a minute!

Loved this descent. The view was glorious. We stayed in a fabulous Casa Sol de Sol. Unfortunately I have not been able to add to trip advisor. I have tried twice.
