is this what the called "Cruz de Ferro" looks like before?

Yaying the Cruz de Fero is west of Astorga. It is smaller but is hoisted on a very tall pole and marks what was thought to be the high point on the Camino Frances

The fence and the given location near Burgos let's assume that this is the Cross de Atapuerca on the Hills between Atapuerca and Burgos
