I agree although the meats look good which I could eat but eggs cannot eat, last time had eggs was on the Camino del Norte five years ago..seem I cannot digest them...eggs seem to be a daily diet among Spaniards.

I'll eat everything except the eggs. unable to eat eggs cannot digest them. I feel they eat too many eggs in Spain, they seem to put them on everything

Not for this pilgrim. I cringe when I see eggs I am unable to digest them, I get terrible abdominal pains.
 
I will see that dietitian after 20 or more kilometers on rabbit food...
A breakfast like this will do for the first hours... I guess.
