Are maps necessary?
I understand the reluctance of some to taking maps - however I have not experienced carrying a map as a negative thing. I find that few grams of paper/book worthwhile and don't consider the weight and issue. When/If you need one, you have it - for the current day and for planning. I found them...- adunn
