Reserving a bed
That's exactly what I found. Municipal albergues will not let you hold a bed, but almost all private places will let you pay for your wife to hold a bed :) buen camino!- amberl87

Accommodation guide for Frances?
If you start your camino in SJPP, they will give you an updated list of albergues. I walked in sept/oct 2013 and there were people who could not find beds some nights. My recommendation is either to stop early in the day to assure thAt you have a bed, or call ahead. I did not want to make...- amberl87
