Dear Tinca ..... thanks for your uplifting words . My condition mentally is very good .... always has .... though physically is another story. I have to listen to my body first. Going up the stairs ..... have to do this in two times with a break. Can walk 2-2.5 km/ hour for a while, but not for...- Anthon62
