A hard landing upon returning home
Sometimes, when walking (& struggling) on the camino, I would tell myself "It's just a walk to Kenton". Do what you can to walk where you are and take in the good parts.- babsia

Snoring - useful info?
I am on the camino now and there is a cpap in my pack. In anticipation of this trip, I had a new sleep study that showed that I both snored and have sleep apnea. I tried mouth guards, nostril enlargers and more. Alas, the cpap turned out to be the best answer. It's worth it to not disturb others...- babsia

Training, heavy rain for 2 weeks
I just read through the comments and want to give a nod to the encouragement to find ways to train, even in the rain.
