Bed Bugs
Much good information, and many good suggestions here in these posts! At least keep your pack closed away from your bed. Don’t spread the contents of your pack on your, or any other bed! Maybe being like pilgrims of old has some merit … wear, and carry very little- blumtnguy

How do you use such a small pack?!?
A few good pieces of advice I got were: everything weighs something!; you should carry no more than 10% of your weight; get your poncho at IKEA, they come in red and black, cost about $10, and they are way lighter than the army grade ones! Silk sleep liners vs Cheap liners?
Walking the Sanabres from Ourense in early October as well. My last Camino VdlP 6 years ago (spring 2012) I took an equatorial sleep bag (single cotton on one side, light insulation on the other). Best SIM card for use in Europe
Travelling in Portugal and Spain for 3 weeks in October ... looking for SIM info as Rogers Roam Like Home would cost me over $200 for 22 days! Has anyone purchased a SIM from CAN or US and received it here before travel? Lots of forms ask for phone number at destination.- blumtnguy
