I am having a hard time finding the start point in Salzburg. Will the tourist office be able to assist? I became very reliant on the John Brierley book on the Camino Frances- which had all the answers. I see by your pictures that there are some camino markers along the way...

Did the Camino from sjpp to Santiago two years ago. Now we will do another piece. We start in Salzburg and will head to Innsbruck. Are pilgrims recognized at local inns along this route?

We met our closest new companions in Orrison. Stay in SJPP , then do the short walk to Orrison and enjoy the afternoon and evening in the Pyrenees It is a great way to begin the journey!!
