Hi Karen, Right knee last July, left knee last month. I haven't done any hiking/biking/XC skiing for over ten years, and am itching to get back on the trails, but early days yet. Hi, Just had my second knee replacement last month, planning to celebrate being able to cycle tour again (D.V.) by riding the Camino Frances Sept- Oct 2013. I'm hoping the crowds will have diminished and the weather will be reasonably pleasant.- geripfromnyc
