Recent Camino pilgrim deaths- August 2018
I’m doing my first Camino next week. As a Texan forced to train in the Texas heat, I carry a 2 liter water bladder and always wear a hat. This way the water is always convenient and the sun is off my head. Also If you wait until you at thirsty, you are already on the road to dehydration.- Jah
