Shin Splint Help Needed!
Stephen, I had the same situation (extremely painful). I went to a clinic (in Burgos). A Dr consult, xray, prescription for 800mg ibuprofen and a compression stocking, all cost me about $100. The ice and rest for a couple of days really helped my recovery.- Lol
