It is good idea indeed to consult before- or walk less than 25-30km per day. I had quite tight schedule so I had to follow the plan and last 3 weeks I was on painkillers (maybe that is the problem I ruined my health a bit). But I still don´t regret it. Just hope the therapist can fix my health...
