Can one walk the Camino from Lugo to SdC?
Is there a route from Lugo to Santiago de Compostela? A friend is asking if she can walk from there and dovetail with the Cam Frances between Portomarin and Palas de Rei? I thought I saw a merging point on a map, but forgot the town's name.- pwabbit

Camino weather in May?
Hi All, I will be walking from Sarria to Santiago de Compostela in May. I've walked the route previously but in September/October. Can someone tell me what kind of weather to expect in May, more or less? This will be my fourth partial Camino walk, and my second along the Sarria-SdC section :)...- pwabbit

On my first Camino (Frances from Sarria, 2006), I used REI's early model womens 45L Ultralight pack. It's the predecessor of the current UL packs. Class of 2010
September 2010 with -- hopefully -- 5 good friends. Planning to do the CF but am still undecided about our starting point, since it seems most of them can only take 3 weeks off at most. We'll probably have to mix walking with the occasional bus ride... I've already done Sarria-SdC and Tui-SdC...- pwabbit

So why do you do it...?
I walked part of the Frances in 2006 (Sarria-Santiago) to earn my compostelana. Then, in 2007 I walked the Portugues from Tui to Santiago (my second compostelana). In 2009, I hope to walk the rest of the CF which I missed the first time (SJPP/Roncesvalles to Sarria).... and if I am crazy...- pwabbit
