Albergues in Santiago de Compostela
I stayed at Roots and Boots ...less than 10 minutes walk to The Cathedal square. Established albergue , lovely back garden , coffee/breakfast available , loys of interesting pilgrims to talk to . Nice place - worth a look .- Ri Richards

Overnight accommodations on the Coastal Route
We stayed in fabulous campsites run by a company called Orbitur ( in Portugal) . They do cheap overnight rates for pilgrims ...8-12 euros per person . There is one in Lavra and one near Caminha ( with one site in-between ...but I can't remember where ...!?). You get a 2 roomed " chalet" , there...- Ri Richards
