Brand new albergue in Rabe (outside of Burgos)

I am starting the El Camino in Burgos. Would you recommend that I spend a overnight in Burgos or a morning and walk to Trabajos or Rabe de las Calzados in the afternoon. Do you know if there is accommodation (hostals) in these two villages. Doing walk in May. All advice greatly appreciated.Suzielin- suzielin
