    Thanks for the replies. Those threads are interesting. Still leading towards wild camping. Done a lot of hiking in New Zealand, so I'm used to the wet weather.

    wow, that is a bit more than I was expecting, considering that most albergues are about €5 to €20 a night... that's stupid... I guess it'll be wild camping for me then :)

    Just a random question... I am starting the Camino from Irun at the end of October and plan to walk until the turn point to the Primitivo, and doing that route to Santiago... As this will be off season, I understand most of the Albergues will be closed... Is it still possible to collect...
