After sending a package to myself in Porto and difficulty locating it, I am wondering how to best send one from Porto to Santiago. General delivery to myself or is there a pilgrim office that would be better? if so, what should the address be? Thank you. I am between Caminos in Porto now and...

HI. Yoga helped a lot. I did not take a mat and adjusted my practice to do poses I could accomplish without one. Even before leaving the bed I did thread the needle and related hip stretches. Some albergues were easier than others to find a spot but everyone was very supportive. Hope this...
