I will be leaving Bayone about the 19th of September and walking via the Voie de la Nive to SJPP . I plan to leave there about the 24th of September- Thorny

and may I suggest you become proficient with trekking poles before beginning. They really help with balance and stress on the knees on long downhills.- Thorny
