8 days on VdlP mid November

Can anyone recommend a picturesque section of the VdlP for an eight day walk in mid November. I have seen some online pictures and the first few days look to be on roads which I would like to avoid.
I will be flying to Seville and would like to stay in the South of Spain.

There is not many choices since you wanted to be in south and only have 8 days. Have a look this spreadsheet of my camino via de la plata this year.

For that I'll say maybe Monesterio to Merida (5 days).

Dear Andrew,
Agree completely with evanlow, the South is wonderful. Personally, I would recommend Camas to Merida, or perhaps Fuente de Cantos to Caceres. The albergue in FdeC is/was amazingly comfortable, but I heard from a recent post that it was closed at the moment.
