Hi all, just a quicky .. where's the best place to grab a walking pole in Santiago? I'll buy new if need be but reusing an unwanted one feels slightly greener if there's an option.

Post on this forum that you are looking for a pair of poles to use with your dates that you will be in Santiago to get them. I did this last year before starting the Ingles, and a lovely couple left me a pair at a hotel in Santiago with my name on them. I picked them up and enjoyed them and donated them at an albergue in Muxia as I did not have anyone special to leave them to. I am sure you will be able to source a pair this way and perhaps make a new friend if the hand off can be face to face! Buen Camino!

Hola

Put your head into any albergue and ask - they will most probably have plenty to pass on if you find a kind hospitalera/o.

Buen Camino
