Busy municipal albergue Irun

I arrived at the albergue just after 4 pm when it opens There was a long queue I must have been one of the last to secure a bed in the annex Later arrivals were told it was full and given name of cappuccinos hostel as an alternative I walked with a friend this morning to the start of her Camino but never saw it and was wondering if anyone stayed there and where it was I couldn’t find on google maps
