Compostela walking from Coruña?

New Original Camino Gear Designed Especially with The Modern Peregrino In Mind!
I think that would be wonderful! A Coruña is such a beautiful town, with a lovely start to the walk passing through Plaza Maria Pita and the old city with views of the port. Thank you for keeping us posted Johnnie!

JohnnieWalker, you never cease to amaze -- yet another campaign! Would it be safe to say that the ayuntamiento of Ferrol is opposed?

I suppose one way to do it without offending the 100 km rule is to do what they apparently do on that Portuguese route with a boat ride (Variante Espiritual?) -- have the "official starting point" be in England enough kms away from the ferry to add up to 100 walked kms. That of course would make things complicated for people not starting in England.

Good luck with your campaign, JW.

The focus is on reducing the risk of failure through being well prepared. 2nd ed.
