Our start date is set! Super excited and have just invested in some Merino Thermals as I have heard it is still pretty chilly in early May PM/early AM. Yeah?

The first edition came out in 2003 and has become the go-to-guide for many pilgrims over the years. It is shipping with a Pilgrim Passport (Credential) from the cathedral in Santiago de Compostela.
My advise is-do some sight seeing in SLPDP and in the early afternoonn climb the first 4 miles up to Hounto and sleep there. This will make the next day , the crossing, easier.
As for the termals- you'll need them in the evenning after the walk. Don't hike with those, too hot .
