Hi. Im in Carrion de Los Condes. Found a compostela from end of august/september belonging to a Charles Glassmire fron US, in the Briarley book. If anyone know him.

Perhaps now I might say, as an erstwhile hospitalera: please fill in the required information on the credencial. If the problem happens for you, quite apart from making the task of the hospitalera/o simpler, you have a better chance of being reunited with your creðencial.
