getting a new credential/passport

Hello everyone,
I will arriving in Leon(from Pamplona) on Saturday at around 16:30 and was wondering if it would be possible to get a new pilgrim's passport/credential and stay in the albergue that night, as it would be a bit late to walk to the next albergue, which according to my guide ' El Camino De Santiago A Pie' is in Villadangos del Páramo-19.8km away.

P.S can't wait to get back walkiin, a little nervous at the prospect, but can't wait all the same

Wouldn't have thought it'd be a problem. Leon is quite a common place to kick off from.

We got our credentials in the albergue in Leon, no problem at all!
They only ask for a little 'donativo'.

Hallo

We got our credencial from the Benedictinas in Leon. We stayed in their albergue. They also pray with you. It was beautiful
