Well, having spent a couple of days in Paris, Susie and I have now arrived in Bayonne. We had the pleasure of running into another couple of pilgrims on the train who have travelled from Brisbane, Australia. They will be starting their Camino on Thursday as well. It is such a small world, and delightful to be able to easily chat away after struggling with the French language over the last few days.

If we were really impressed with Paris, we have been blown away by the beauty of Bayonne. What an amazing place to visit! We would both love to explore some more, but alas there is not the time. Tomorrow we travel to SJPdP.
