Empresa Monforte (Monbus) operates buses from Lugo to Sarria.
Renfe operates trains from Santiago to A Coruna and to Monforte de Lemos. It also operates a train from Madrid to A Coruna via Monforte de Lemos. You can transfer at either connection. Not recommended because you could spend a lot of time at the transfer if you don't get the right trains.
