Hello friends,
I know there is a thread about favorite Hostals / Hotels in Santiago. My searching skills can't locate it, could someone please direct me to the thread? My favorite, San Martin Pinario, is full on my dates.
Many thanks

€2,-/day will present your project to thousands of visitors each day. All interested in the Camino de Santiago.
PS - to find it I went to the Camino Frances section of the forum and the subforum "albergues, hostels and pensions".

Sometimes it is better to look at the layout of the whole forum which is set up very clearly. It is easy on a computer, not quite so obvious on a mobile.

Ideal sleeping bag liner whether we want to add a thermal plus to our bag, or if we want to use it alone to sleep in shelters or hostels. Thanks to its mummy shape, it adapts perfectly to our body.

€46,-
Thanks Kanga, I was searching from the main page and didn't have much luck, thanks for the tip.

I always use my mobile...now I know why I often struggle finding specific things I'm looking for.

For an Albergue, The Last Stamp is excellent and is right near Praza Cervantes as you come into the old town (and really near my favourite breakfast spot, Milonga). For a hostel, I like PR Barbantes Libredon, just past the cathedral, on the little flower-filled square and utterly charming. In the Hotel space, I love Hotel Rua Villar but this October, for something different, I will try Hotel Praza Quintana, still central but off the main streets, and with an all day breakfast room...
Buen Camino!

Libredon was great. Can be noisy unless you shut the windows but I literally could have spit on the cathedral from my window it was so close. Clean, comfy and staff was wonderful.

Hi Deb,
We are walking in the spring and are wondering how your stay at the Hotel Praza Quintana was last October.

The 9th edition the Lightfoot Guide will let you complete the journey your way.
I really liked it: very modern but in a lovely old building, great location, and the all day breakfast room is nice. Fabulous bathroom with an excellent bathtub. Not the cheapest option, but a welcome oasis at the end if the Camino.
I’ll book there again, for sure.
