Is the office in SJPdP open on Sunday afternoon?

My mom, sisters and myself will arrive in SJPdP on Sunday May 18 at around 2:30 ish. We hope to check in and get to Orrison on that first day. This is our first adventure of this type so we are trying to make sure all of our ducks are in a row . Thanks for the help!!

Yes, it will be open, and once the train comes in very crowded indeed. Mid-May is one of the most popular starting times.

We opted to have a personal transport shuttle deliver us to the office from Biarritz as the trains didn't run on out time schedule. Do you know approx. when the train comes in?

I'm looking at last year's schedule. It looks like the train arrives in SJPdP at 9:04 and 16:14 on a Sunday. This is assuming the train schedule stays the same as last year?
