whats the best way of getting from larrasoansa back to bayonne, my sister is walking with me for the first two days then she has to get back to work

Stop in Zubiri instead of Larrasonna Paddy which i think is a much nicer village.
Walk the next day 20km where your sister can get the bus from Pamplona.
There will be plenty going back to Bayonne/Biaritz

There is a bus from Pamplona to Bayonne/Biarritz only four days a week at 2115 three days and 1730 on Friday.
