liquid meds along the Way

I take liquid meds daily and am concerned about carrying the weight. ( This script does not come in pill form...liquid is necessary). I asked both the doc and the pharmacy how I could obtain this on my trip and they did not know. If I could purchase it along the way it would alleviate the weight issue. Does anyone know how I can solve this? Thanks
