Looking for a Registered NZ Elector in León to Witness My Overseas Vote

I have the forms to vote in the NZ elections & need a registered nz elector to witness that I am overseas. Tried to get a notary public to sign, but embassy says they can't. Any registered kiwis currently in Leon? Only here tonight.

Hope you will find someone! Do not know where you are staying but might be interesting to visit one of the larger albergues?
