Hi, Steeltown,

There is a way to go from Lugo (on the Primitivo) to Arzua via Sobrado dos Monxes, but that only keeps you off the Francés for about 15 kms. I have walked the Norte through Sobrado dos Monxes, and I´ve walked the Primitivo but I´ve never made the connection between the two.
