Time of past OR future Camino
still planning
Hello, I'm starting my camino from Pamplona early September via the Frances route, I'm so very appreciative of all your efforts to help newbies make sense of the camino! I wouldn't have the courage to do it if not for this forum. Thank you very much!
My question is, will I be able to buy nicotene gum along the way? Or should I bring a 6 week supply? Lord that would be heavy.
I know I should just stop the habit but I've been using it since 1992 so don't really think that's realistic. Lol, bizarre question but can anyone help?

Join our full-service guided tour of the Basque Country and let us pamper you!
The first edition came out in 2003 and has become the go-to-guide for many pilgrims over the years. It is shipping with a Pilgrim Passport (Credential) from the cathedral in Santiago de Compostela.
In Spain, I have bought nicotine gum at pharmacies, I think it is the only place, you can buy it. I haven't seen nicotine gum in other stores.
Buen Camino to you.

The focus is on reducing the risk of failure through being well prepared. 2nd ed.
Nicotine gum and lozenges are readily available at the farmacia throughout Spain. But take a sample unless you speak Spanish.

Yes it's available from pharmacies/chemist shops.but I found it much dearer in Spain than here in Ireland.
