Has anyone come across a physiotherapist they could recommend in the first few towns starting from St Jean Pied de Port? I have found a few listed in Pamplona however would love to see someone closer to the start if possible.

I would doubt there would be one - these are mostly pretty small to tiny towns.

Very small places till pamplona. You could call one who does house calls maybe. I did that a couple of times when injury got bad.

Check with the Pilgrim’s office in Saint Jean maybe they can assist with information on who is available and where they are located .
