Takes a certain amount of courage being shy and in a country where you can’t speak the language.

When I was first learning Portuguese I finally came to the conclusion that when I made mistakes, I could console myself by thinking that being a source of amusement was maybe okay. Go ahead and make someone’s day. Charades can be fun
