what is the shortest time recorded ,walking the complete route?

Since this is not generally considered to be race event I don't think formal records are kept.

In 2006 I met 2 guys averaging 50km/day. They experienced nothing, saw nothing, met no-one.
The Camino takes a caledar month, give or take a day.

The record time was recorded by Forrest Gump. He completed it in 5 days in Nike running shoes.
