I'm headed to Vitoria tomorrow and arrive in Pamplona Monday as soon as I can get a bus from Vitoria

I will be at Pension Sarasate Monday night and hope to start walking Tuesday morning if I can get all my ducks in a row.

Hope to meet some if you on the Camino.

I will be walking slow and short stages.
Say hi if you see me.
I have a forum patch on my pack and am wearing my macabi skirt.

Praying for better weather soon.

Hiya Annie,
I made the decision to walk from SJPP instead of Seville this year, beginning May 14th
Si, si I am here on the Camino Frances and have had wonderful walking days thus far....sure, it is muddy and rainy now, but hey...as you say... this is familiar territory and the landscape is green and beautiful and fellow pilgrims are super friendly. Maybe I shall see you on the way. I will look for your forum patch!

€2,-/day will present your project to thousands of visitors each day. All interested in the Camino de Santiago.

Slow and sure is the way but don't run out of Pamplona before giving this wonderful beautiful town a good look. The first day can often be problematic since you are excited, everything is so new and people to talk with, may be hard to find your usual pace qnd rythum of walking. The Alto del Perdón sculpture is a good place for a rest the world seems to be divided concerning this art, some love it others say that the windwills and figures there disturb the natural beauty. I love it. You will be quickly into High Pilgrim Season many people all trying to stay in the same albergue so try and break
Brierley's recommended stages early. First day out I would recommend Albergue Camino del Perdon in Uterga-it on the Camino and while nothing to write home about the place is clean friendly and with a cafe/bar/restaurant right there.

Hi Annie,
Say hello to Jose. Am looking forward to staying at Pension Sarate next year. Love Pamplona!
