It is such a curios thing to be communicating in real time with any number of people who could be anywhere in the world. And to know that the chances are we will never meet or ever “know” each other, as such. Even more curious to think that between us there is just one very fine silk thread that links us across the globe, and that it’s just an idea, the idea of doing a long walk towards a single point on a map. That’s what I find to be the Sacred and Holy nature of the Camino. Despite all our differences, and distances, we can visualize a common goal that cuts across borders and nationalities and age groups. How wonderful is that!??
