Walking Porto to SDP in May. We are 70 and 68. Been doing walks to train for about a month and a half

If you feel good walking 7 to 10 km a day, have a light pack and can carry it for that distance, I do hope that you both enjoy the stroll.

I run at least 8 miles a day on the beach. We have trained for 12-15 miles a day. I guess we’re good to go
