Add a salad and bread and you're good to go! </p><p></p><p>I've stayed at a couple of albergues that served communal vegan dinners -  La Casa Mágica in Villatuerta and Albergue Verde in Hospital del Orbigo. Both meals were delicious, and no one missed the animal products.</p></blockquote><p></p>
